You will recieve a garanteed, fixed monthly rent for the lease of your property whether we have full occupancy or not – so you don’t have to worry!

FAQ

  • HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE TO MANAGE MY PROPERTY?

    Nothing


    We are not an average management company, we do not charge anything for the management of your property. In fact, we pay you! We guarantee your rent every month whilst also regularly cleaning your property, conducting maintenance work, and fully furnishing your property.

  • HOW WILL YOU ENSURE MY PROPERTY STAYS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED?

    As part of our service, all properties that we manage are professionally cleaned and serviced by us regularly (even with long-term bookings, or where clients are happy to clean themselves). This way we can inspect the property and ensure standards never drop. We keep all of the properties in showroom condition at all times. 


    In addition to this, any maintenance issues are attended to immediately by our in-house maintenance team, which results in the properties being looked after better than private tenants, and therefore, minimises any problems at the end of the Tenancy. 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLAT STAYS EMPTY? DO I STILL GET PAID?

    Yes, we ensure that your full rent is paid every month regardless of whether the apartment is occupied or not. This is made clear in your contract with us.

  • WHO WILL BE STAYING IN MY PROPERTY?

    We work alongside business professionals and contractors by providing them with long-term accommodation near their place of work. Our typical guest is a single professional traveling for business for a period of 3-6 months. These individuals would prefer to stay in a spacious private apartment rather than a hotel, but still require many of the services associated with renting from us. By managing your property we are able to help these individuals get to and from work with ease during their time in the area.

  • HOW DO YOU VET GUESTS?

    We VET each and every guest. Our process is comprehensive. We check: guest identification, reviews, verified profiles, and deposits are compulsory. For medium/long-term lets, we also carry out credit and employment referencing.

  • WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE TENANCY AGREEMENT WITH ME?

    We do not have short-term contracts with landlords as we want to ensure that you don't have to worry about constantly going through the hassle of advertising your property for rent and finding new tenants every few months. 


    The main focus of our work is to make sure landlords have guaranteed rent for a prolonged period of time and keep their property well maintained. Therefore, our contracts are long-term, between 2-5 years (with a break clause in place).
